Elecom Corporation has released a new 2.4GHz Gaming Mixer Receiver "HSAD-GMMW50BK" that allows you to wirelessly connect your wired earphones or headset.

It is easy to use. Simply plug the adapter into the USB-A or USB-C port on the game console, and the game sounds will be wirelessly transmitted to the receiver. Then, plug the headset into the receiver's earphone jack, and you can hear the game sounds. If you want to hear the sound from your smartphone in addition to the game sound, simply connect your smartphone to the adapter via the earphone jack and the sound will automatically be mixed.

The receiver, which can be connected to a wired headset or other device, is lightweight at approximately 26 grams. It also has a clip that can be fastened to clothing, so it can be tucked under the chest or in a pocket without getting in the way.

The receiver also features volume control buttons and a 3D surround mode function. This product will not only make it wireless, but will also enable a rather powerful gaming experience. According to Elecom, the product has been confirmed to work with PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, and Nintendo Switch (OLED model).
