The free demo for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 also began distribution on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
In the free demo, you can enjoy the following content:
- A portion of the new single-player mode World Stage, where you fight against CPU versions of famous real-life players from around the world
- The Arcade single-player mode, consisting of all 8 stages for CPU battles
- The Training single-player mode, where even those with no experience in the series can learn with ease
Precautions when playing the demo are as follows:
- Save data from the demo cannot be transferred to the retail version
- Playable characters are the following 6 individuals: Jacky Bryant, Wolf Hawkfield, Eileen, Pai Chan, Goh Hinogami, and Jean Kujo
- In the demo's Training mode, Free Training cannot be played
Although there are limitations, there is more than enough content to experience the world of Virtua Fighter.

Ver. 1.10 Update Also Released!
The Ver. 1.10 Update has been released for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam versions that are already available.

The YouTube streaming project "Can't Stop Until I Get 50 Wins!!" by Bonjour (@bonj5555), a member of the popular game commentary group DOZLE Corp. (@dozle_official), has been scheduled.
The stream date and time are from 10:00 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026.
Bonjour is a pure fighting gamer who has publicly stated that he played previous Virtua Fighter series titles enthusiastically and has recently appeared in numerous Street Fighter 6 events.
