What are the things in your life that you are most devoted to? Sports? Studying? Or... keyboarding? At Saiga NAK, we post some kind of article every day, and probably more than 90% of all articles are written with REALFORCE keyboards. The REALFORCE series is classified as a high-end keyboard if you only look at the price, but the unique key feel and high durability of the capacitive non-contact method are unmatched. Topre Corporation, the company behind the REALFORCE series, kindly provided us with the R3 keyboard ( R3HH11) and the GX1 keyboard ( X1UD11)! Thank you very much! Especially the gaming keyboard "X1UD11" is the newest model of REALFORCE. Let's review it right away!
REALFORCE has arrived!
It was packed in a large cardboard box, and it was packed very tightly...
It's a REALFORCE! As there are two units in the box, it is protected by various packing materials. Even the outer box has no flaws!
Hello REALFORCE. We received R3HH11 and X1UD11 this time, and if you look closely, you can see the difference from the design of the outer box.
Here is a comparison of the logo part. R3HH11 looks like the REALFORCE, but X1UD11 has a monochrome REALFORCE logo on a noise texture. It feels luxurious.
Let's start with R3HH11...
First, let's open R3HH11!
R3HH11 is one of the products belonging to the REALFORCE R3 keyboard series. It has features such as Mac compatibility, US layout, tenkeyless, and both wired and wireless support.
The keys on all models in the REALFORCE R3 keyboard series are printed with sublimation printing, which means that the characters do not fade away even when the key surface is worn.
The "REALFORCE" logo is located in the upper left corner of the body.
The power switch is located in the upper right corner of the main unit. When using wireless connection, press and hold this switch for more than 1 second to turn it on and off.
R3HH11 supports Bluetooth wireless connection or USB Type-C wired connection.
Two AA batteries are required for wireless connection.
Then X1UD11
The X1UD11 is one of REALFORCE's newly developed gaming keyboard series products. There are a total of four variations with key loads of 45g and 30g and key layouts in Japanese and English. The X1UD11 is an English layout model with a key load of 45g.
There is a firm Windows mark. Many people may have an image of sublimation printing when they think of REALFORCE, but X1UD11's key printing is two-color molding. The reason for this can be seen later.
X1UD11 has a floating design, which means that the keys seem to float. Although there may be some preferences, I personally think this is a high point because it makes it easy to clean.
X1UD11 supports only wired connection, but there is an ingenious idea hidden on the backside to make the cables a little less cumbersome. The cable can be deployed in three directions (front, right, and left), so it can be optimized for your PC environment. This is a very nice and unobtrusive specification.
Customize your device with REALFORCE CONNECT!
Some REALFORCE devices can be configured in various ways using the dedicated software " REALFORCE CONNECT. Download and install the Windows or Mac version from the official website.
When a compatible REALFORCE product is connected to the PC, it is automatically recognized by REALFORCE CONNECT. For X1UD11, various settings can be made in the "My REALFORCE," "APC," "Keymap Replacement," and "Illumination" sections.
My REALFORCE allows you to check the keyboard heatmap at a glance. It is quite interesting to measure when playing FPS or MOBA.
APC stands for "Actuation Point Changer" and allows you to set the distance between when you physically start pressing a keyswitch and when the system judges that it has been pressed. The lower right corner of the image shows that the key is OFF even though it is physically pressed by 0.8 mm.
When the key is pushed in more firmly, the set value of 2.2 mm is exceeded and the function switches to the ON state. The setting can be selected from four levels ( 0.8mm, 1.5mm, 2.2mm, and 3.0mm ), and each key can be set individually. In addition, when set to Dynamic Mode, the response position changes dynamically according to the depth of the key press, enabling faster key input.
Keymap Switching allows you to assign different keys to different keys or disable the keys themselves. Macro settings are also possible, but some games may violate the terms of use, so please plan accordingly!
Illumination allows you to change the keyboard's lighting. This is an indispensable feature for gaming keyboards..!
And here is a shot of the actual illumination! Thanks to the floating design, the keyboard lights up like indirect lighting.
And here's why the keys are printed in two-color molding. With the light-up turned on, you can clearly see the printing on the keys.
The illumination can also be set individually, so you can set your favorite color for your favorite keys to increase the vibes!
I don't have to tell you how comfortable it is to use! The X1UD11 retains the pleasant feel of a mechanical keyboard, but covers it up with a capacitive non-contact feel. The keyboard is designed to be quiet for gamers who frequently use voice chat, so there is no need to worry about it!
The "R3HH11" and "X1UD11" can be purchased from the REALFORCE Store andAmazon.co.jp! Please experience the cutting edge of REALFORCE!
