Square Enix Co., Ltd. has announced that the CHRONO TRIGGER Orchestra Concert will be held on Saturday, January 17, and Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Tokyo International Forum Hall A, to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the release of Chrono Trigger.
The subtitle “時を超える旋律 (Toki wo Koeru Senritsu)” means “the melody that comes across the time.”
Advance ticket lottery applications are now open on the Square Enix e-STORE.
"CHRONO TRIGGER Orchestra Concert" Announced to Commemorate 30th Anniversary of "Chrono Trigger" Release!
The RPG Chrono Trigger was a dream project by Yuji Horii of "Dragon Quest," Akira Toriyama of "Dragon Ball," and Hironobu Sakaguchi, the creator of "Final Fantasy."
To commemorate the game's 30th anniversary, it was announced that "CHRONO TRIGGER Orchestra Concert" will be held on Saturday, January 17, and Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Tokyo International Forum Hall A.
The concert will feature conductor Nicholas Buc, who is active on the global concert scene, and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra.
This adventure, which continues to be loved by many people after all this time, will once again transcend time with a magnificent full orchestra and famous scenes from the game.
Relive the beautiful and exhilarating emotions you felt back then with the music and visuals at the concert hall!
Advance Ticket Lottery Applications Now Open on the Square Enix e-STORE!
The earliest advance ticket lottery applications began on the Square Enix e-STORE on Monday, September 1, 2025.
All seats are reserved, and tickets sold on the e-STORE will be collectible tickets.

- Lottery Results: Tuesday, September 30, 2025, around 3:00 PM
- Payment Period: Tuesday, September 30, 2025, 3:00 PM to Sunday, October 5, 2025, 11:59 PM
Applications are not on a first-come, first-served basis, but rather by lottery. The lottery results and payment period are only for winners.
Please note that even if you win, if the procedure is not completed during the payment period, the application will be considered canceled.
Also, member registration (free of charge) is required to apply for the lottery on the Square Enix e-STORE.
