Yokohama Landmark Tower and MARK IS Minato Mirai, in cooperation with Square Enix Co., Ltd. have announced the " Dragon Quest Carnival in Yokohama Minato Mirai, " a special collaboration event with Dragon Quest in the Yokohama Minato Mirai area. The event will be held on July 20, 2024. From July 20, 2024 (Sat) to August 18, 2024 (Sun), various Dragon Quest contents will appear in Yokohama Minato Mirai.

This summer, "Dragon Quest Carnival in Yokohama Minato Mirai" will be held in collaboration with "Dragon Quest," which will celebrate its 38th anniversary in 2024. From July 20, 2024 (Sat) to August 18, 2024 (Sun), Yokohama Minato Mirai will be transformed into a special world where giant monument balloons of popular monsters and balloons featuring techniques from the Dragon Quest series will appear. A giant monument balloon of " Slime," a popular monster in the Dragon Quest series, will be on display at Landmark Plaza. The giant slime will be displayed at Sakata Seed Garden Square on the 1st floor of Landmark Plaza, and will float 5 meters in diameter in the air.

The popular "slime coloring experience" at Dragon Quest Island in Hyogo Prefectural Awaji Island Park Anime Park Nijigen-no-mori will be held at the "Dragon Quest Carnival in Yokohama Minato Mirai" for a limited time. In the slime coloring experience, visitors can make their own original slime by painting colors freely with paints on unglazed molds in the shape of the popular "slime" character. You can take the slime home with you, so it is a perfect way to make something to remember this summer! A separate fee is required to participate in the coloring experience, and there is a limit to the number of participants, so those interested should visit the event as soon as possible! A special exhibition commemorating the release of the HD-2D version of "Dragon Quest III: The Legend" will be held at the "Sky Garden" on the 69th floor observation deck of the Yokohama Landmark Tower. The world of "Dragon Quest" will unfold 273 meters above the ground, including a photo spot where visitors can take pictures with slimes and other popular monsters. Cafe Fan Base will open a collaboration café called "Cafe Behoimi," where you can enjoy original menus based on the motifs of the well-known monsters in the Dragon Quest series.
