On the stage, "ARCREVO Japan 2023," the Japanese tournament of the "ARC WORLD TOUR 2023," was held. The audience was excited to be able to watch the live competition for the right to participate in the "ARC WORLD TOUR 2023 FINALS"!

Played "Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari SP"!

The action game "Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari SP" will be released on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Steam on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Originally released on Nintendo 3DS in 2016, the game has been ported to current-gen consoles.

The booth had a play space where visitors could try out Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari SP! In this game, you control the main character "Kunio" and advance through the story in a limited time of 3 days. Depending on the events you conquer, the events that appear will branch out, and the ending on the final day will also change.

The "Fighting of Double Dragon 2023," a 2D fighting-style mini-game included in the game, was also played. The author controlled BILLY and managed to win by making full use of special moves and super special moves. The controls were the same as those used in the main game, "Nekketsu Monogatari," so playing the main game was the key to victory.... This mini-game was also recorded for the Nintendo 3DS, and playing it again brings back memories of those days. "Fighting of Double Dragon 2023" also supports online multiplayer, so you can enjoy it online!

GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-" and "UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes" were also available for test play at the booth. The roadmap for Season 3 of "GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-" was unveiled at the event, and it was announced that one character will join the game in winter 2023 and two in 2024, following Johnny, who was introduced in August 2023.

"UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes" will feature 24 characters, all of which will have new moves. In this trial, I played as Kaguya, who uses two guns. Kaguya's battle style is to use two guns, and while she can use her characteristic long-range attacks to deter enemies from approaching, she can also kick at close range, making for an exhilarating action experience. I can't wait to get my hands on it! The new visuals of the characters and evolved graphics in this title made for an even more exhilarating battle experience.
