Samsung to Exhibit at "Tokyo Game Show 2024," Partnering with Six Game Companies

SAMSUNG JAPAN CORPORATION announced that it will exhibit a "Samsung SSD Booth" at "Tokyo Game Show 2024," which will be held at Makuhari Messe for four days from Thursday, September 26 to Sunday, September 29, 2024.
Six companies—Atlus, Capcom, FromSoftware, Sega, SNK, and Square Enix—will gather to present a wide variety of spectacular stage programs.

Following last year's event, the booth's concept is "Make Your GG" and it will feature a variety of spectacular programs, including cross-talks with producers and directors from Capcom, Sega, SNK, and Square Enix; a Metaphor: ReFantazio gameplay demonstration and cosplayer stage from Atlus; and an intense Street Fighter 6 10-match series between streamers.

It's a live playthrough and talk show where game directors from the three companies will bring their favorite retro games to play and analyze what made them so fun from a modern perspective.

Yoshimoto Gaming Stage Talk Show

Yoshimoto Gaming, a professional gaming team that Yoshimoto Kogyo has been operating since 2018, will present a show that merges comedy and games.

Turtle Beach/Victrix Stage Company Battle

This stage will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM on Friday, September 27, 2024.
Company employees and cosplayers who love Street Fighter 6 will clash in a 3-on-3 point-based match.
The team with the most total points after the vanguard, middle, and general matches will be the winner.

J-Wave Creator's Note Live Recording

This stage will be held from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM on Friday, September 27, 2024.
A live recording of the radio program Samsung SSD CREATOR'S NOTE, which is broadcast on J-Wave, will take place.
The guest will be sound creator Kenji Ito, who has worked on music for the SaGa and Mana RPG series.

Atlus "Metaphor: ReFantazio" Stage

This stage will feature a gameplay demonstration of "Metaphor: ReFantazio," which is scheduled to be released in October 2024.

It's a live playthrough and talk show where game creators from the three companies—Capcom, Sega, and SNK—will bring content that has inspired them in the past.
