― You are the first-ever 2XKO champion in EVO history!

Hikari: EVO is a very special event, so I am happy to have won. I want to continue winning and be even more active in the future.

2XKO is a title where resource management is difficult. What kind of mindset do you have when playing?

Hikari: It is about fighting while holding onto as many resources as possible. I am conscious of continuing to take actions with a high probability of success.

― What features of 2XKO do you think suit you?

Hikari: I think the fact that it requires resource management skills, including it being a team battle, suits me well.

― Is this your first time participating in EVO Japan?

Hikari: Yes, it was.

― I believe you have participated in other EVOs; how did it compare?

Hikari: The venue is very large. The wide-open space helped me relax in some ways. Also, the food was delicious.

― Was there anything in particular that was delicious?

Hikari: The chicken curry (laughs). It was my first time eating it, and it was very delicious.
