"Collectible Animal Crossing" is a worldwide hit and has sold over 13.41 million units in its first six weeks on the market.
The Nintendo Switch console has also been selling like hotcakes and is in short supply, so there are probably people who want to play but can't, so it seems that the number of island residents will continue to increase.

Updated to Ver. 1.2.1!
The version is updated to Ver. 1.2.1 by the update data delivered this time!
If "Automatic software update" is set to ON, the software update data will be automatically downloaded if you are connected to the Internet, and you will receive a confirmation when you start the software.
To update manually, place the cursor on the "Animal Crossing" icon in the HOME menu, press the + button, and select "Update Software" -> "Update via Internet". You can also update the software with someone who has already updated to version 1.2.1 by going to "Update Software" -> "Update to the version of other people nearby".
You must have the same version in order to play together via local communication, so be sure to update your software!
If the version number in the upper right corner of the title screen reads "Ver. 1.2.1", you have already updated!
Now, let's see what's new in the update...
" Some bugs have been fixed".
"Some bugs"?
What do you mean by "some bugs"?
I don't know...
Anyway, you'll be safe if you update to the latest version!
