In "Aooni: The Horror of Blueberry Onsen," set in a ruined hot spring hotel, Hiroshi, Mika, Takuro, and Takeshi visit the location for the purpose of filming for the YouTube channel "Mika Channel."
There, they encounter an unknown "**suspicious man**" and a mysterious entity called "**Ai**." Players will unravel the secrets of the hot spring while escaping from the attacking grotesque entities alongside the characters.

While featuring new visuals, you can also play with the old version's design by setting the protagonist's name to "Maenokao" (previous face).
