CryptoGames, Inc. announced today that it has raised funds through a third-party allotment of new shares to Animoca Brands, Monex Group, double jump.tokyo, and Mobile Factory, Inc. Ltd.

Strengthening Management Structure through Fundraising
In order to strengthen the management structure for further business acceleration and organizational expansion, the positions of CTO and technical advisor have been newly created.

Joined double jump.tokyo in June 2018 and became CTO in July 2020. Responsible for infrastructure design and operation, server-side development, SmartContract development, and blockchain technology research.
double jump.tokyo has Hirotaka Kunimitsu, the founder and former chairman of gumi, on the board of directors, and Koshioki Okamoto, a YouTuber and "heavyweight in the gaming industry," as an advisor. The company also has a splendid lineup of other members.
