It was announced that Castlevania, Japan's iconic gothic horror masterpiece released by Konami in 1986, will appear in the asymmetrical competitive multiplayer horror game Dead by Daylight (hereafter DbD).
The PTB for the collaboration chapter "Dead by Daylight: Castlevania" will be available for a limited time on Steam, starting at 12:00 AM on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

The ability of the Shapeshifter, which allows him to transform into various forms—the Vampire, the Bat, and the Wolf—is specialized for tracking Survivors. Dracula, a merciless hunter, tracks Survivors by sniffing out the scent of fresh blood in these forms: the Vampire, who stalks its prey and produces flames that scorch even bone; the Bat, who silently creeps in like a shadow to close the distance with Survivors by exploiting a moment of weakness; and the Wolf, who possesses a keen sense of smell.
