On the 12th of June hugely popular racing title "Gran Turismo 7" was announced during "PS5 – THE FUTURE OF GAMING SHOW" held by Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE).
In addition to announcing a new trailer was presented.
Is it a game or live-action? Super realistic graphic.
Before revealing trailer Kazunori Yamauchi’s comment was played. Kazunori Yamauchi is the CEO of Polyphony Digital and GT originator.
He explained that this GT 7 is going to focus mainly on campaign mode and added that "It’s going to be real fun for old GT fans".
After Yamauchi's comment ended trailer started with depicting the interior of Ford GT.
The trailer showed ultra-realistic sports cars, racing cars, classic cars as well as exceptionally beautiful sceneries. It’s almost impossible to say whether it’s a reality or a game.
Also, why does it say "GRAN TURISMO IS BACK"?
Before showing trailer Yamauchi said that a new game is going to be great fun for old GT fans, didn’t he?
In this trailer action was happening in a circuit that resembles "Trial Mountain Circuit" from first series.
This circuit is imaginary, but it looks almost real.
It wasn’t included in "Gran Turismo SPORT", but it was popular with so many gamers. Isn’t it great news?
Amongst cars that were in the trailer, there also was shown the design of well familiar Porsche Carrera GT.
Are we going back to the roots of the "Car Life simulator" ?
New GT menu that looks like imitation of a city also reminds previous GT series.
We are welcome in GT menu.
Also, there are familiar "GT Auto", "GT Cafe" and "GT World". It is said that the last two got some new features.
"Car life simulator" became even more enhanced!
In the "Home" section one can see their cars..
The texture of the materials used in the interior is depicted so well that one can almost smell leather.
"Tuning Shop" is there too.
The shop’s name is "UNDERSTEER ENGINEERING"...Very cheerful, isn’t it?
All of the courses were also introduced.
"Trial Mountain Circuit" of each course has Sierra Nevada in the US as default circuit.
On the map, the final chicane looks hard.
Inside of the car during race look even more realistic than before.
Display of information looks like it took over from "Gran Turismo SPORT".
There is also garbage from tire on the course. It’s hard to believe that game recreates even such tiny details!
