Global entertainment brand HoYoverse's space fantasy RPG " Collapse: StarRail " will receive its Ver. 1.3 update on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Limited characters will be introduced and limited time events will be held.
Limited characters "Tansheng Yumetsu" and "Fu Xuan" are now available!
The 5-star character "Tan Heng Yumetsu" (CV: Kento Ito) will appear. During battle, he consumes multiple SP to activate various skills, and his skills can be used to enhance up to three normal attacks. Tangen Yumeki's special move deals imaginary damage to a single enemy and adjacent enemies, and allows the user to gain a certain number of "Gyakusaku" that can be consumed instead of SP.
Yumetsukun" is a title that has been passed down from generation to generation by the Luo Fu Mochiming clan chief, and was given to "Tan Heng" by his predecessor, "Tan Feng". However, for one reason or another, he used Mochiming's secret methods without permission, committing an unforgivable sin and causing a calamity. For this reason, he is hated by the Mochiming people.

The 5-star character "Fuse Xuan" (CV: Ito Miki) appears in the game. She is a Quantum Attribute character and has features such as damage reduction and HP recovery effects with her natural ability, and damage sharing with her combat skills.
The 4-star character "Lynx" (CV: Haruka Terui) will appear. Lynx" has a skill that restores the HP of a single ally, grants a "Survival Reaction" that lasts for several turns, and increases the maximum HP of the target. His special move also restores the HP of all allies and removes one debuff from each of them.

The "Golden People's Old Alley, the Clamor of the Stores" event will be held in Ver. 1.3. During the event, if you achieve the specified goals, you can win items such as star balls and the 4-star character "Soso" for a limited time.
Station Correspondent"
In the "Station Dispatch" event, you can earn items such as star balls and character experience materials by dispatching your character to fulfill specific requests.
The "simulated universe" of the space station "Herta" has been updated! "Simulated Universe: Space Locusts" will be implemented from Ver. 1.3. Collect all the chapters of the "Space Locusts" and complete the designated adventure quests while progressing through randomly generated areas to unlock the "Breeding" destiny in the "Simulated Universe".
Ver. 1.3 update will be released on Wednesday, August 30!
In addition to the event, there will be new accompanying quests and a "pilgrimage star reward" login bonus that will give you up to 10 quests. In Ver. 1.3, when the maximum pioneering power is reached, the overflow portion will be converted into a certain percentage of "reserve pioneering power" and a stamp function will be implemented.
