Q. The name of the game and the way it is played seem familiar to me.
Yoo Hyun-suk (Director): No, it is not like that. DEAD SPICY" is a sequel to "Goddess of Victory: NIKKE" using the same IP.
The name of the game was chosen after much deliberation to better convey what the game is about and what the IP is about. We had some creative name suggestions, such as "Call Of Shifty" or "BIO WIZARD," but we felt that any name would have been a great name for the game.
Q. All the Rapture characters are the same ones we saw in the original. Are there any new ruptures that we can expect to see in the sequel?
Yoo Hyun-suk (Director): Of course. The total play volume is planned to be 2000 hours, or 150 hours by RTA standards, and we have about 1200 different ruptures.
Q. When do you plan to release the game?
Yoo Hyun-suk (Director): "DEAD SPICY" will be a next generation game with the largest play volume we have ever seen.
Yoo Hyun-suk (Director): We are aiming for a simultaneous worldwide release on PC, consoles, mobile, VR, AR, MR, holograms, metaverse, vacuum cleaners, etc.
