ASUS Japan has announced the ROG Falchion NX, a compact gaming keyboard with a unique mechanical switch layout.
Compact 65% Keyboard
The "ROG Falchion NX" is a compact keyboard without compromises and incorporates arrow and navigation keys.
With a length of 306 mm, it is almost the same size as a 60% keyboard, so it takes up less space and offers the same ease of use as a regular keyboard.
Versatile Touch Panel
The left side of the main unit is equipped with a versatile touch panel.
When used, it can be used to adjust volume, switch applications, and create shortcuts for copy and paste.
It can also be made to work as macro keys.
Durable PBT Double-Shot Key Caps
The keycaps are ROG PBT Double Shot keycaps, which are not only extremely touch-friendly but also highly durable.
The height of the keycaps reduces wobble with short stems and allows for comfortable operation.
Polycarbonate keyboard cover
The ROG Falchion NX comes with a transparent polycarbonate keyboard cover for safe storage and transportation.
The cover can also be placed under the keyboard to blur the RGB lighting.
Wireless AURA SYNC RGB lighting per key
"ROG Falchion NX" is equipped with wireless Aura Sync RGB lighting.
Aura Sync RGB allows you to create your own customized keyboard.
ROG's Unique Gaming Switches
ROG NX RED mechanical switches have a 1.8mm actuation point for quick typing.
Designed to operate at 40gf (gram-force) to prevent accidental keystrokes and rogues, and extend to 55gf, the keys bounce back to full smth.
Key entry is instantaneous and provides a smooth, directly connected feel.
Advanced settings with ARMOURY CRATE
"ROG Falchion NX" will be released on Friday, September 24, 2021 at an open price.
Market estimate is around ¥17,000 JPY ($153.49 USD).
The "ROG Falchion NX" is a small tenkeyless wireless keyboard with ROG's own key switches, making it a recommended keyboard for those who are not sure about a gaming keyboard.
