This is one piece of the new creative sushi, the Sushiro Golden Combi dish. I was surprised by how much it tasted like gratin, more than I imagined, when I ate this dish, which is finished fragrantly with layers of cheese, white sauce, and egg yolk soy sauce. It is a complete shrimp gratin; you are supposed to be eating sushi, but you can only think you are eating gratin. This dish allows you to enjoy a strange sensation that can only be tasted in a Golden Combi.
- Product Name: Warabi Mochi and Candied Sweet Potato Double Platter

This features warabi mochi from Kyoto Hourandou, which has its main store in Arashiyama, Kyoto, and candied sweet potato using Naruto Kintoki sweet potato. You can enjoy the different textures of the chilled, bouncy warabi mochi and the crispy, savory candied sweet potato. By eating the warabi mochi and candied sweet potato in a loop, it disappears quickly. This dish is truly a Golden Combi of Japanese sweets!
