An exhibition commemorating the 10th anniversary of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS’ founding, titled “KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS 10th ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION BEYOND THE STRAND: A Journey of Creation and Challenge,” has been confirmed.
It will be held at the Azabudai Hills Gallery in Tokyo from Saturday, October 31, 2026, through Sunday, December 20, 202 6.
The journey of creativity and challenge that KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS has undertaken over the past 10 years will be unveiled through a diverse array of content, including rare production materials being shown for the first time, immersive exhibits that recreate the worlds of the works, and video installations exclusive to this exhibition.

The key visual released to coincide with the exhibition announcement features KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS’ symbolic character, “Ludens,” standing side-by-side with Hideo Kojima ( @Kojima_Hideo )—a striking image.
It is said to embody the journey of “connections” forged over the past 10 years, as well as a strong determination to venture further into uncharted territory from here on out.
Four Experiences Recalling the Past 10 Years

Through various exhibits at the venue, visitors can learn how KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS was built and what kind of future the studio is aiming for.
The History of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS
We look back on the 10 years from the founding of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS to the present, alongside its works, projects, and the activities of its creators.
How did each work originate from a single idea, and through what encounters and connections with people did it take shape?
We present this journey in a multidimensional way through iconic events and creative works.
This exhibition is more than just a “10-year archive”; it allows you to experience the creative journey of a single idea as it spreads across the world.
Behind the Scenes and Unpublished Materials
We plan to showcase a wealth of valuable materials making their debut at this exhibition, including concept art, setting materials, design proposals, and various ideas that emerged during the production process.
Furthermore, the exhibition focuses on the behind-the-scenes aspects of creation—including anecdotes and the trial-and-error process that aren’t visible in the finished works.
We also plan to share behind-the-scenes stories compiled from interviews with the production team.
Through materials and anecdotes that have never before been made public, we’ll take you right to the moment when KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS’ works come to life.
Recreated Setting & 10th Anniversary Limited-Edition Ludens Statue

In one section of the exhibition, a Ludens Statue dressed in a 10th-anniversary commemorative outfit will be on display.
Visitors can enjoy taking photos as if they were actually visiting the studio.

In addition, several character statues are scheduled to be unveiled for the first time.
360° Video Installation
Omnidirectional video content created exclusively for this exhibition.
Dynamic footage will be projected onto a massive 360° screen, allowing you to immerse yourself in the profound worlds of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS’ works.
Experience an innovative exhibition unique to a studio that has transcended the boundaries of gaming to fuse technology with visual art.
Exhibition-Exclusive Merchandise on Sale! Collaboration with Azabudai Hills
The venue will feature a wide range of items, including limited-edition designs created exclusively for this exhibition, as well as premium limited-edition merchandise commemorating the studio’s 10th anniversary.
In addition, special collaboration projects are planned not only within the exhibition venue but also set in Azabudai Hills, the venue itself.
Details regarding the lineup and event content will be announced in due course.
