The unofficial, non-profit offline tournament Kagaribi uses Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
This tournament, which has been run by volunteers without sponsorship or equipment from Nintendo, marks its fifteenth event.

This tournament, titled Kagaribi #15, will be held at Makuhari Messe over three days from Sunday, May 3 to Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

To ensure a large-scale tournament progresses smoothly, this event features Switch Bring-along Slots and General Slots.
Note that the number of applicants and participation fees differ for each, as follows:

Switch Bring-along Slot

• Capacity: 400 people
• Participation Fee: 4,000 yen (1,000 yen for high school students and below) + transaction fee
• Admission Dates: Sunday, May 3 to Tuesday, May 5, 2026

General Slot

• Capacity: 2,672 people
• Participation Fee: 7,000 yen (2,000 yen for high school students and below) + transaction fee
• Admission Dates: Sunday, May 3 to Tuesday, May 5, 2026
