This sake is produced by a sake brewery in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, which is also known as a "town of fossils. The sake rice "Dewa Sanzan" is used, and after two years of aging at a low temperature, it has succeeded in achieving both a delicious flavor and a light aftertaste.

The label is cute and draws you into the world. I was surprised to learn that makkoli is made in Japan.
