Logitech International, the world's leading company in the gaming device market, will hold the largest e-sports festival in Japan, where promising e-sports players from all over Japan will gather to determine the best amateur team and player in Japan "Logitech G CUP 2019" offline finals will finally take place this weekend, November 23 (Saturday, national holiday).
What is "Logitech G CUP 2019"?
The Logitech G CUP was established to promote e-sports in Japan, expand the base of players, and revitalize the community, with the aim of becoming a gateway to becoming a professional.
This year's event, the fifth in the series, will be the first "Logitech G CUP" to feature "Fortnite" as the competition title.
On November 23, the offline final will be held at the Tokyo Ryutsu Center (Ota-ku, Tokyo), and a total of 99 players, including 90 qualifiers selected from a total of 1,580 entrants and general participants drawn on the day, will compete for the title of number one in Japan.
The 1st to 3rd place winners will receive Logitech G products, and the 1st to 5th place winners will receive a boot camp tour of North America. After the matches, an exhibition match will be held with Crazy Raccoon, the strongest gaming team in Asia in the Fortnite division and sponsored by Logitech G.

"Logitech G CUP 2019" offline finals day, there will be about 9 slots available for participation on the day of the offline finals by lottery.
The lottery will be held before the doors open, and applications will be accepted from 9:00 to 9:30 at the Tokyo Ryutsu Center, Exhibition Hall 1, Halls C and D.
To apply for the lottery, you will need a completed and stamped consent form, your own device, and identification (such as an insurance card or driver's license that shows your name).
The "Logitech G CUP 2019" has been held independently again since 2016.
This tournament has been a new addition to the e-sports professional scene, as it has produced Crest Gaming, a League of Legends team that now plays in the professional league as one of the top teams in the LJL.
