The IdentityV division of the professional esports team REJECT has won the international tournament 2025 Identity V Stellaris Challenge Invitational (hereafter, 2025IVS), held in Shanghai, China, from Thursday, September 11 to Sunday, September 14, 2025!
They won the tournament, which brought together top teams from eight regions around the world, and became the first Japanese team to claim the title.
Defeating the World's Top Teams! A Dramatic Climb to Victory
The 2025IVS is an official international tournament for the asymmetrical competitive game IdentityV, hosted by NetEase Games.
Top teams from mainland China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan, South Korea, Europe, and the Americas gathered to compete in high-level matches.
REJECT fought their way through their first match against MRC, and then against fellow Japanese team ZETA DIVISION, where their survivors' beautiful three-man escape accelerated their momentum!
They advanced from the lower bracket to the grand final for a rematch with the championship favorite, ACT!
The team dominated the match with the survivors' cool-headed play and a spectacular performance from hunter Alf (@Alf_1_).
They completely seized the momentum, especially in the fourth set with the Hullabaloo and the fifth set with the Wax Artist, and closed out with a magnificent four-man elimination to win!

With this victory, REJECT has achieved the historic accomplishment of becoming the first Japanese team to conquer the IVS.
