Tokyo Game Show 2023 (TGS2023), one of Japan's largest game festivals, was held from Thursday, September 21 to Sunday, September 24, 2023. We visited the booths of indie game publishers " Phoenixx " and " GYAAR Studio ".
Report on the booths of "Phoenixx" and "GYAAR Studio
Phoenixx" and "GYAAR Studio" were exhibiting at the indie game corner, and we were able to try out some of their titles.
At the event, we were able to try out five titles published by Phoenixx and seven of the eight winners of the 1st GYAAR Studio Indie Game Contest.
"INERTIAL DRIFT".
We played "INERTIAL DRIFT," a game set in a retro 90s future. As the title suggests, the main focus of the game is drifting. In the dim light of dusk, we were able to enjoy an exhilarating drafting experience that left a lasting impression with the glowing neon lights.

"TRINITYS".
"TRINITYS" is a so-called "boss rush" game. It is a fantasy action RPG with a focus on continuous boss battles.
Players select a character with a different role to play and face the oncoming powerful bosses. The game can be played by up to three players, and online support allows for cooperative play with friends.
The appearance of the boss is a surprise.
The boss battles are always exciting, so you can't let your guard down.

SKY THE SCRAPER
Played "SKY THE SCRAPER", a building-cleaning roguelike action game. This is a roguelike building cleaning action game. The game tells the story of "Sky," a young man who pursues an uncertain dream while cleaning buildings and living day by day. In order to earn good rewards and a good reputation, he has to clean up as much dirt as possible within a time limit. The key is to clean the dirt as efficiently as possible, and of course, the work site will be in a tall building, so be careful of falling and birds. The game is scheduled for release in 2024, so be sure to add it to your Steam wish list and wait for its release.
