Taking the stage were the voice actors for the Japanese dub: Hiroki Takahashi ( @H_I_R_O_K_I____ ) as Ryu, Yuji Kishi ( @YujiKishi23red ) as Ken, and Fumiko Orikasa ( @fumiko_orikasa ) as Chun-Li.
Since voice recording for video games is often done separately, this was actually the first time these three had gathered together.
In addition, Takayuki Nakayama ( @takaNakayama ), the game director for Street Fighter VI, also made an appearance.
When he took the stage, Mr. Kishi immediately quipped, “It’s pretty noisy around here, isn’t it…? ”—using the venue’s energy to his advantage and drawing laughter—and the event proceeded in a relaxed, good-natured atmosphere from start to finish.

Mr. Nakayama mentioned that he had visited the film set in Hollywood and shared several anecdotes against the backdrop of photos taken there.
Nakayama: “Cody, who plays Guile, told me, ‘I’m really strong, so let’s battle!’ So I beat the crap out of him.”
Hiraiwa: “I saw the video—it was a complete beatdown with absolutely no holding back.”
Mr. Takahashi: “Zangief is huge! Just as I thought!”
Mr. Nakayama: “When I saw him from a distance, I thought he was holding an eraser, but it was actually his cell phone! It really messes with your sense of perspective!”

Also appearing in the slideshow was Hidetaka Kano ( @kano9x ), who was previously announced as Joe.
Just like in the first installment, it’s great to see a cast that stays true to the game.
It was also announced that Kuzuha ( @Vamp_Kuzu ), a NIJISANJI VTuber, will provide the voice for Marvin, an original character created for the movie.
Regarding the reason for casting Kuzuha, Nakayama commented, “She’s played a lot of Street Fighter 6, participated in tournaments, and really shows her love for the game.”
Although this is Kuzuha’s first time working as a voice actor for a movie, Nakayama said she was “incredibly good ” during the voice recording session.
