The popular character Billy Kane, a regular in both the "KOF" and "Fatal Fury" series, is joining the fight! The Japanese voice actor is Masaki Masaki, who has become synonymous with Billy in recent years! The English voice actor is Chris Sharpes! Billy did not appear in the previous game, "Fatal Fury: MARK OF THE WOLVES", but many people had likely predicted his entry in this game because a silhouette of a man with a pole, wearing a bandana on his head, was visible behind Rock Howard in the teaser visual for "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves" released at "Evo 2022". Billy, who has appeared in numerous entries with various costumes, has consistently worn a bandana on his head until now... but surprisingly, with blond hair, short hair, and sunglasses, he has transformed into a handsome middle-aged man! For a moment, I thought he was a new character! Could this makeover be due to succeeding Geese Howard and becoming the top of the Howard Connection...?
While his visual look has changed, his playstyle remains intact! The character trailer that was released shows mid-range pole fighting, long-range attacks using his extended san-setsu-kon (three-section staff), and signature Billy-like actions that keep opponents at bay.
