Nintendo released update Ver. 1.7.0 for the Nintendo Switch 2 title, Mario Kart World. The update adds new routes to the Knockout Tour, introduces a sticker feature for Photo Mode, and more.
Two New Routes Added to Mario Kart World Knockout Tour!
Nintendo added two new routes, Drill Rally and Boomerang Rally, to the Knockout Tour! Unlock these routes by clearing at least one rally in the Knockout Tour.
Drill Rally connects Wario Shipyard to Bowser’s Castle.
Boomerang Rally connects Salty Salty Speedway to Whistlestop Summit. Nintendo plans to add more Knockout Tour routes in future updates.
Sticker Feature Added to Photo Mode!
When using the Camera option in the pause menu, you can now place collected stickers. Combine them with combine them with frames to easily create original photos. In addition to touch controls, you can use mouse controls on the Joy-Con 2.
Additionally, update Ver. 1.7.0 adjusts item boxes and lets you see the Super Horn held by rivals. For more details, please see Nintendo Topics.
