A new beta test for the Steam and Xbox versions of the near-future sci-fi mech action shooting game Mecha BREAK, which is developed and operated by Amazing Seasun Games and planned for global expansion, is scheduled to start on Saturday, August 3, 2024. Ahead of the official start, recruitment for a limited advance beta test began on Thursday, July 25, 2024.
What Is Mecha BREAK?
Steam Store PageMecha BREAK is a multiplayer competitive action shooting game with a near-future sci-fi mech theme from Amazing Seasun Games. Players pilot Mecha BREAKs with different combat styles as they descend onto the battlefield, including the following:
- Melee
- Sniper
- Defense
Beyond classic equipment such as melee weapons, firearms, and shields, Mecha BREAKs are also equipped with a variety of other items and capabilities, such as decoys, healing, stealth, and unit transformation. Devise your own tactics and survive the battlefield!
The Limited Advance Beta Test
PR TIMESThe limited advance beta test will be held in two phases: Phase 1 runs from Saturday, August 3, 2024, to Thursday, August 8, 2024, and Phase 2 runs from Saturday, August 10, 2024, to Tuesday, August 13, 2024. During the limited advance beta test, players can experience features such as the 6v6 mode, 3v3 mode, mech customization, and new mechs. Applications for the test can be submitted for Phase 1 via the Mecha BREAK Official Website, and for Phase 2 via the Steam Playtest Page.
New Mechs Revealed! Latest PV Released!
The latest PV was released on Friday, July 26, 2024. The trailer showcases scenes where mechs instantly close the distance to defeat opponents with a melee weapon, alongside high-speed aerial battles unfolding at surprising speeds. Blinding barrages and simultaneous fire from optical weapons promise exciting battles, raising anticipation. A new mech appears to be confirmed at the end, making the limited advance play eagerly awaited!
Co-op or Battle Against Influencers?
Famous influencers are also scheduled to participate in this test, such as the following:

The gameplay will be broadcast live, and viewers have a chance to earn a Steam key by completing Twitch viewing tasks (Twitch Drop). Furthermore, using that Steam key to participate in the game may give you the chance to play with the influencers!
Additionally, since there are no restrictions on content creation during this test, you are free to creatively customize mechs, record and share highlight scenes, and more.
