" Dragon Quest " and " Final Fantasy " will hold their first-ever simultaneous collaboration event, " "Yokohama Minato Mirai Winter Holiday 2026—A Winter Fantasy Woven by Dragon Quest × Final Fantasy" will be held from Wednesday, November 11, 2026, through Monday, January 11, 2027 (a national holiday).
In addition to holiday decorations featuring Slimes and Chocobos, the event will feature a collaboration café, limited-edition merchandise, and a stamp rally.
First-Ever Simultaneous "DQ" × "FF" Collaboration! Holiday Event to Be Held in Yokohama’s Minato Mirai
Yokohama Landmark Tower (Landmark Plaza) and MARK IS Minato Mirai will host “Yokohama Minato Mirai Winter Holiday 2026—A Winter Fantasy Woven by Dragon Quest × Final Fantasy” in collaboration with Square Enix.
From Wednesday, November 11, 2026, through Monday, January 11, 2027 (a national holiday), a variety of events blending the worlds of “Dragon Quest” and “Final Fantasy” will be held.
For this event, popular characters such as Slimes and Chocobos will gather in Yokohama’s Minato Mirai district.
In addition to the installation of a holiday tree and giant sculptures, a collaboration café, pop-up stores, and a stamp rally are scheduled.
Slimes and Chocobos Are Coming! Holiday Decorations at Two Venues
At “Sakata no Tane Garden Square” on the first floor of Landmark Plaza, the “Miracle Holiday Tree: Where Legends Meet ”—a collaboration between the two franchises—will be on display.
The decorations are inspired by a tree standing in a snow-covered forest, creating a fantastical space where popular characters gather.
Meanwhile, on the first floor of MARK IS Minato Mirai, in the “Grand Galleria,” a giant “Slime and Chocobo Holiday Sculpture” has been installed.
The gift box, designed to resemble a treasure chest, is filled with popular monsters, allowing visitors to enjoy the lively decorations unique to these two franchises.
The decorations at both facilities are scheduled to change starting Saturday, December 26, 2026.
In addition, photo spots featuring character statues and panels will be set up throughout the facilities.
The collaboration café “SuraChoco Kitchen” is open for a limited time! Special perks for visiting and ordering
The collaboration café “Sura Choco Kitchen” will open for a limited time at “Cafe Fan Base” on the 5th floor of Landmark Plaza.
In addition to a regular menu available throughout the event, there will also be rotating menus for the first and second halves of the event.

Café patrons will receive one A5-size clear file featuring the event artwork per person.
Additionally, for every limited-edition menu item ordered, you’ll receive one random original coaster from a set of seven.

The advance reservation fee for “Sura Choco Kitchen” is 550 yen (tax included), and reservations will open on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
"Square Enix Iron Beads Workshop" is coming!
In addition, the facility will host the “Square Enix Iron Beads Workshop,” where participants can create pixel-art-style iron beads featuring Slimes and Chocobos.
Participants can take home their iron bead creations as keychains. The participation fee is 1,760 yen (tax included) and includes one original drink.

At MARK IS Minato Mirai, the “ Yokohama Minato Mirai Winter Holiday 2026 SQUARE ENIX POP UP STORE ” will open at two locations: “Everyone’s Atelier” on the 1st floor and the “Event Space” on the 5th floor.
Merchandise featuring original illustrations created specifically for the event, as well as “Dragon Quest” and “Final Fantasy” related items and music products, will be on sale.
The 1st floor will focus on new releases and pre-release items, while the 5th floor is scheduled to carry an even wider range of related merchandise.
