The front side features a key visual of "Monster Hunter Rise" and "Akibear," the official mascot of the Akihabara Electric Town Festival, blowing his horn in an original design.
The reverse side features newly drawn illustrations of Akibear, Otomo Airou, and Otomogaruku!
