Xiaomi has announced its latest smartphones, the POCO X8 Pro Max and POCO X8 Pro.
Through Monday, April 6, 2026, they can be purchased at an early bird price of 5,000 yen off.

POCO X8 Pro Series Equipped With Flagship-Grade Processors Announced!
The latest models from Xiaomi's POCO brand, the POCO X8 Pro Max and POCO X8 Pro, have been announced.
These two models, a first for the series, will also be available in Japan.
POCO X8 Pro Max
The POCO X8 Pro Max is equipped with an ultra-large 8,500mAh battery comparable to a tablet.
It allows for up to 74 hours of continuous talk time, over 16 hours of continuous video calls, and 15 hours of continuous gaming, making it possible to use the device all day without worrying about battery drain.
In addition to 100W Hypercharge, which charges the ultra-large 8,500mAh battery to 50% in just 24 minutes, it also supports the versatile 100W PPS charging standard.
With 27W wired reverse charging, it is also possible to supply power from the smartphone to other devices.
Equipped With High-End Dimensity 9500s Processor
The processor is the Dimensity 9500s, which uses a 3nm manufacturing process.
In addition, it features a built-in ultra-large POCO 3D IceLoop cooling pump that covers major heat sources and a large graphite layer that maximizes heat dissipation to maintain performance.
The WildBoost Optimization function prevents frame drops, achieving a stable frame rate and low power consumption even in high-load games.
6.83-Inch Display With Up to 120Hz
The display, with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, is 6.83 inches and remains clear even in bright outdoor conditions due to a maximum brightness of 3,500 nits.
The cameras include a 20-megapixel wide-angle on the front, and a 50-megapixel wide-angle main and 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens on the rear.
Built-In Dynamic RGB Light in the Camera Unit
The series' first ultrasonic fingerprint sensor enables IP68-rated water and dust resistance.
A Dynamic RGB Light is built into the camera unit, making it possible to flash backlight effects during incoming calls or app notifications.
It is also possible to link pulse light effects to match usage scenes such as games and music.
POCO X8 Pro
The POCO X8 Pro is equipped with the Dimensity 8500-Ultra, which uses TSMC's 4nm manufacturing process.
Its AnTuTu V11 score reaches approximately 2.3 million, delivering performance that rivals flagships.
It features a built-in large-capacity 6,500mAh battery and supports 100W Hypercharge.
Similarly to the POCO X8 Pro Max, it also supports 100W PPS charging and 27W wired reverse charging.
The display is 6.59 inches with high-end specifications including a maximum brightness of 3,500 nits and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
The cameras include a 20-megapixel wide-angle on the front, and a 50-megapixel wide-angle main and 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens on the rear.
Like the POCO X8 Pro Max, it also has a built-in Dynamic RGB Light.
