Sega Co., Ltd. has newly revealed a collaboration illustration of "Shadow" and "Hangyodon" as part of its collaboration between "Sanrio Characters" and "SONIC & FRIENDS."
Products featuring the five other illustrations will go on sale starting on Friday, November 7, 2025, with a pre-sale planned at Sega Store Tokyo starting on Friday, October 31, 2025.
Sonic and Sanrio Collaborate! Shadow and Hangyodon Art Revealed!
The collaboration illustrations between "Sonic & Friends" and "Sanrio Characters" that have been revealed so far are as follows:
- "Sonic" and "Hello Kitty"
- "Tails" and "Cinnamoroll"
- "Amy" and "My Melody"
- "Knuckles" and "Kuromi"
- "Dr. Eggman" and "Pompompurin"
With the illustration for the final character, "Shadow" and "Hangyodon," now revealed, all six character collaboration illustrations are complete.
Plush toys (M size) and mascots will be released as character goods featuring all six collaboration illustrations.
The release date is Friday, November 7, 2025, but they will be pre-sold at Sega Store Tokyo on Friday, October 31, 2025.

In addition, the plush toys and mascots for "Shadow" and "Hangyodon," which were just revealed, are scheduled to be released nationwide in Japan on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
