The setting for "The Casting of Frank Stone" is the town of Cedar Hills, a place changed by the brutal violence of the murderer Frank Stone and still dominated by a dark shadow.
As the player, you take on the role of four young people who want to make their mark on the horror film world. When they explore Cedar Hills and get closer to the truth, the past stained with Stone's blood relentlessly bares its fangs.
Through the filming of their indie horror movie Murder Mill, which will later become a cult classic, the four of them face their destiny.

Cutting Room Floor is a feature that allows you to relive your favorite moments without having to start the story over from the beginning, such as redoing a choice in a key scene or searching for a collectible you missed.
This feature is available in the Standard Edition from the second playthrough after you've completed "The Casting of Frank Stone" once, and it's available from the start in the Deluxe Edition.
Using the Twitch Extension
A Twitch extension is available that allows streamers and viewers to experience "The Casting of Frank Stone" together.
By having viewers vote on in-game choices during a live stream, the game experience can be made more interactive.
