First official tournament "Dead by Daylight Japan Championship"!

"Dead by Daylight" is the most popular asymmetrical multiplayer horror game in the world.
There are many asymmetrical multiplayer games being released today, but "Dead by Daylight" is the pioneer of this genre, and it is to its credit that it has become such a popular genre.
While there have been many events and tournaments, there has never been an official "Dead by Daylight" tournament in Japan.
However, the "Dead by Daylight Japan Championship", the first official "Dead by Daylight" tournament in Japan, is now set to take place!

The "Dead by Daylight Japan Championship" will be the first official "Dead by Daylight" tournament in Japan with a prize system.
The winner will receive ¥1.2 million JPY, runner-up ¥600,000 yen, third place ¥360,000 JPY, fourth place ¥240,000 JPY, and fifth to eighth place ¥150,000 JPY, for a total prize pool of ¥3 million JPY!

Entries began on Monday, January 25, 2021 and will close on Sunday, January 31, 2021, with the qualifying tournament to be held from Tuesday, February 9, 2021 to Sunday, February 14, 2021, and the finals from Saturday, February 20, 2021 to Sunday, February 28, 2021.
The preliminary tournament will be a tournament format with 32 teams divided into 8 groups, and the final tournament with the winning participants will begin with the quarterfinals.

Entry is through the tournament's official website!

First of all, you must be 18 years old or older and reside in Japan to participate in the tournament!
You must form a team of 5 to 6 players, choose a captain from among them, and apply online at the official website of the "Dead by Daylight Japan Championship" tournament.
Please note that captains will need to communicate with the tournament organizers and provide them with the necessary information.
The consoles to be used are PS4 and PS5 with Asian servers. The game version will be 4.5.0 (Chapter 18.5).
Please note that the game must be updated to the latest version in case of any updates during the tournament.
Other detailed tournament rules have been released, so be sure to read and agree to the Dead by Daylight Japan Championship tournament rules before registering to participate!
This is Japan's first official tournament, and with a total prize pool of 3 million yen, it's sure to be a lot of fun!
