Behaviour Interactive Inc., which developed "Dead by Daylight," revealed their enthusiasm for this event, calling it "a valuable opportunity to directly express our gratitude to all the passionate fans in Japan who have supported us since the release of this title."
The event is expected to be a great success.

In "Dead by Daylight," Japanese horror works and culture have been actively incorporated, from original characters such as The Oni, The Spirit, and Yui Kimura, to well-known series such as "Ring," "Castlevania," "Silent Hill," and "Resident Evil."
Even now, 8 years after release, there are many passionate fan communities in Japan, and the fact that "DbD Day" was officially recognized as a memorial day by the Japan Anniversary Association in 2022 also highlights the level of enthusiasm.

Mathieu Côté, who serves as Behaviour Interactive's Head of Partnerships, sent the following comment expressing gratitude:

"There are no 'Dead by Daylight' fans as enthusiastic and passionate as the players in Japan.
In Japan, a culture of being proud to be a fan of something and having a favorite seems to be deeply rooted.
I'm very happy to be able to revisit Japan in March, and I can't wait for the day I can directly interact with everyone in the Japanese community for their continuous support!"
