However, because e-sports is still a new genre, it is still difficult to be understood by companies when job hunting, no matter how seriously one takes it.
In order to break through this situation, the Student e-sports Federation and the AFTER 6 LEAGUE Executive Committee have announced that they will jointly hold an event to connect students and professionals!

The event announced this time is " e-college x AFTER 6 LEAGUE - University x Company PUBG MOBILE Mixed SQUAD " hosted by the Student e-sports Federation (Gaku e-ren) and co-hosted by the AFTER 6 LEAGUE Executive Committee.
Gaku e-ren has been involved in the e-sports intercollegiate competition "e-college" since its establishment, and has held many competitions in the past four years.
Through the "e-college competition," Gaku e-ren has interacted with many students and found that most of them feel that their efforts in e-sports are not being evaluated by companies in a positive way.
In order to change the situation where the students' achievements in e-sports throughout their university life are not evaluated, we have collaborated with AFTER 6 LEAGUE to show the possibility of " working for a company that understands e-sports " and to provide an opportunity for students to learn about companies that understand e-sports. E-College x AFTER 6 LEAGUE - University x Company PUBG MOBILE Mixed SQUAD" will be held in collaboration with AFTER 6 LEAGUE!
The AFTER 6 LEAGUE is an e-sports league for outside e-sports players, so it can be said that most of the members of the society are already working for companies that understand e-sports.
Most of the working people are already working for companies that understand e-sports, and they will be very interested in your passion and efforts in e-sports.
If so, playing games together is the fastest way to get to know each other, isn't it?
In the "e-college x AFTER 6 LEAGUE - University x Company PUBG MOBILE Mixed SQUAD", two students and two working adults will participate in the popular smartphone battle royale game " PUBG MOBILE " in a joint SQUAD of four players. The same team will participate in the PUBG MOBILE event.
By playing PUBG MOBILE in the same team, it is easier for the working members to get a feel for the students' abilities and personalities, and for the students to get a feel for what kind of company the working members are working for, including their abilities.
For both sides, this will be a valuable opportunity to learn more about the other party than an ordinary interview.
