PlayBrain Inc. announced that its esports tournament brand, FLUX, would provide an official Japanese livestream for the GeoGuessr World Cup 2024, a world esports tournament for the geography exploration game GeoGuessr, which was held in Stockholm from Wednesday, September 11, to Saturday, September 14.

The GeoGuessr World Cup 2024 was held in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, from Wednesday, September 11, to Saturday, September 14, 2024.
The total prize pool for the entire tournament was $100,000, and a total of 24 top players competed to become the second world champion in history.

The GeoGuessr World Cup 2024, the second official esports world tournament in GeoGuessr history, was held in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
The unique competitive format of GeoGuessr esports tournaments has players competing one-on-one to accurately guess locations on Google Maps based on Google Street View images.
Because of this, many people who watched the livestream of the World Cup qualifiers commented that they could enjoy it even without knowing GeoGuessr.
