Halloween is celebrated every year on October 31. In Japan, people can be seen enjoying Halloween by dressing up in various costumes and handing out candy.
One of the most popular events is the " Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival " (Ikehalo) held in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, in cooperation with Nico Nico, a video community service operated by Dwango Inc. The event is held every year on the Saturday and Sunday of the last week of October.
This event is held on the last Saturday and Sunday of October every year and draws a large crowd in Ikebukuro, but for fiscal year 2022, it will be held over two days, on October 29 (Sat) and 30 (Sun)!
