Narita International Airport Corporation announced that, in collaboration with Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. and All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd., it will hold "NARITA Commu Fes 2025" on Friday, May 16, 2025.
This is an eSports event promoting interaction among airport employees, part of a human resources initiative to attract and retain staff at Narita Airport.
NARITA Commu Fes 2025: Employee Interaction Event Using eSports!
PR TIMESNarita International Airport Corporation announced it would hold the Narita Airport Employee Interaction Promotion Event, "NARITA Commu Fes 2025."
This event builds on the eSports tournament held in June 2024, reimagined as an interaction event incorporating analog elements like quizzes alongside eSports content to increase opportunities for engagement.
In its role as airport manager, Narita International Airport provides a venue for promoting interaction among airport employees, both within and outside the company.
The goal is to create an environment where employees want to work at Narita Airport long-term, by improving employee engagement, fostering a sense of unity and momentum, and contributing to strengthening Narita Airport's functions and realizing the "New Narita Airport" concept.
The name of the event, "NARITA Commu Fes 2025," also reflects the idea of promoting communication by bringing together the Narita Airport community.
