Topre Corporation announced the holding of the tournament REALFORCE TYPING CHAMPIONSHIP 2025 (hereinafter, RTC2025), to decide Japan's best in typing esports.
The online qualifiers will be held from Tuesday, March 25, 2025, to Monday, April 7, 2025, and the final stage with the top 8 participants is scheduled to be held in Tokyo on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

Topre Corporation announced the holding of the tournament RTC2025, to decide Japan's best in typing esports.
In this tournament, participants will compete for typing accuracy and speed.
The online qualifiers will be held from Tuesday, March 25, 2025, to Monday, April 7, 2025, and the top 8 participants (6 with Romaji input, 2 with Kana input) will advance to the final stage.
The qualifiers will use the "Skill Test Level Check" on e-typing.ne.jp by e-typing Inc.
The final stage will be held in Tokyo on Saturday, April 26, 2025, but general public viewing at the venue is not possible.
In the final stage, the typing software "Weather Typing" will be used to determine the winner.
As the winning prize, the winner will receive a Topre REALFORCE RC1 keyboard, 300,000 yen in prize money, and a Final Stage Winner Commemorative Crystal.
This year marks the 6th holding of this tournament.
Continuing from 2024, Nippon Television Network Corporation will participate in the operation as a joint organizer of RTC2025 and will cooperate with television and internet broadcasting.
The broadcast will be on the Topre REALFORCE Official Channels (YouTube, Twitch), and guest appearances are scheduled from Asuka Kijima, Pekopa, and VTuber "Nekomugi Tororo."

The winner of the 2024 tournament was Player Miyagi (@cuyururu).
In all 4 previous RTCs, players using Romaji input had won, but Player Miyagi was the first to win with Kana input.
It will be interesting to see which input method wins in the 2025 tournament as well.
