Japanese and Spanish Game Industry Professionals Gathered at the "Spain Game MATSURI"

The "Spain Game MATSURI" was held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

Approximately 20 Spanish game companies presented at this event, hosted by the Spanish Embassy, each giving a presentation about the games they developed.

Goichi Suda, CEO of Grasshopper Manufacture, also appeared as a special guest.
There were approximately 200 to 300 participants, and Suda remarked that they were able to prepare very delicious food this year based on last year's reflection.

The game market in Spain is very vibrant, and it seemed that many Spanish companies were looking for publishing or business partners in Japan.

For general Japanese gamers, if asked "What Spanish games do you know?", not many might come to mind, but this event allowed us to directly feel the excitement of the Spanish game market.
Expectations for the future of the Spanish game market are high.
