Square Enix Co., Ltd. (Square Enix) has announced that it will exhibit at the "Tokyo Game Show 2025" (TGS2025).
At the TGS2025 venue, there will be plenty of fun events, including playable demos of upcoming new titles from Square Enix, photo spots, and stage events!
The company also plans to hold venue-exclusive novelty giveaways and merchandise sales.
Square Enix Exhibits at TGS2025! Special Site Is Also Open
Square Enix has opened a special site for TGS2025, which will be held at Makuhari Messe from Thursday, September 25 to Sunday, September 28, 2025.
The company also announced the titles that will be available for demoing at the venue.
The six titles that will be available for demoing this time are as follows:
- DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake
- DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake
- FINAL FANTASY TACTICS - The Ivalice Chronicles
- FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE
- The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales
- KILLER INN Closed Beta Test #2 Early Hands-on
You can try out everything from remakes of classic titles to exciting new games before their release.
Attendees who participate in the playable demos will receive an exclusive sticker and a specialty drink.

Character Meet-and-Greets, Photo Spots, and Stage Events
In addition to the playable demos, details of various other events at the Square Enix booth have been revealed.
Character meet-and-greets will be held with Dragonlord from "Dragon Quest I," as well as Moogle and Alpha from "Final Fantasy XIV"!
You can even take a picture with Dragonlord.
What a friendly Lord of Darkness!
At the photo spot, collaborations with "Final Fantasy Tactics - Ivalice Chronicles" and "Magic: The Gathering - Final Fantasy" will be featured.
You can also take pictures with the cute "Fat Chocobo" from "Final Fantasy XIV"!
TGS2025 Special Stage Live Stream! Featuring Eiko Kano
Several programs are scheduled for the venue stage.

These will be live-streamed on the Official Square Enix YouTube Channel.
With special guests, it's sure to be exciting with live gameplay demonstrations and talk shows with voice actors and the development team!
Furthermore, the TGS official program "Eiko Kano's CritiKano Hit Tokyo Game Show 2025 Special Edition" is scheduled to be live-streamed from 10 PM on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
During the program, the new title HD-2D Version "Dragon Quest I & II" will be played on the show for the first time.
Additionally, the opening scene of "Dragon Quest I" will be shown for the first time in the world!
In addition to the regular members Eiko Kano, Kenta Sakai (Alco and Peace), and writer Masayuki Kibe, Yuji Horii, the creator of the "Dragon Quest" series, will also participate as a special guest for this special edition!
