Pro gaming team Gyogun updated its official X account (@gyogun_official) and announced that the team will disband following a stream on Thursday, April 11, 2024.
It has also been revealed that some of the members will transfer to VARREL.

The eSports team Gyogun was established by TOPANGA Inc. in 2020.
Centering on fighting game players like Mago, streamers such as Eir Aoi (@eir_ruru) and Otoha Totsuka (@totsuka_otoha) were also members.

Operating Companies Merge to Become CELLORB Inc.
Behind the dissolution of the pro gaming team Gyogun is a merger of its management.
VARREL Inc. and TOPANGA Inc. announced that they have agreed to a business merger aimed at further expanding their eSports businesses.
It has been revealed that they will launch as CELLORB Inc. following the merger in June 2024.
CELLORB Inc. aims to be an integrated eSports management company providing a wide range of solutions in three eSports business areas: the pro eSports business, IP content business, and education business.
The name of pro eSports player Hajime Taniguchi, also known as Tokido, is also listed as a director among the new executives.
The new executive structure is as follows:

- Director: Yoshinari Nishimura (CEO of DONUTS Co. Ltd.)
