" DetonatioN FocusMe " (hereinafter "DFM"), a professional esports team operated by DetonatioN Co., Ltd., has announced that it will join the " Tochigi Prefecture Esports Promotion Council," which works to promote esports, in collaboration with its sponsor, Ashikaga Bank.
As the first initiative, they are currently hosting a public viewing event for the “ VALORANT Champions Tour Pacific.”

Professional esports team “DFM” and its sponsor, Ashikaga Bank, have announced their participation in the “Tochigi Prefecture Esports Promotion Council,” which works to promote esports within Tochigi Prefecture!

The "Tochigi Prefecture Esports Promotion Council" is an organization established by Tochigi Prefecture with the goal of bringing together public and private sectors to promote the use of esports within the prefecture, thereby contributing to regional revitalization, increasing the number of visitors, and fostering talent development.
The council brings together government agencies, educational institutions, businesses, and related organizations, which leverage their respective expertise and networks to create new value through the use of esports.

Through their participation in this council, DFM and Ashikaga Bank aim to further develop esports culture in Tochigi Prefecture.

First Initiative! “VALORANT Champions Tour Pacific” Public Viewing Event

As its first initiative, DFM is currently hosting a “VALORANT Champions Tour Pacific” public viewing event in collaboration with shopping districts and restaurants in Tochigi Prefecture.
This event not only creates opportunities for interaction through watching the matches but also drives foot traffic to local businesses and helps revitalize the shopping districts.
A total of more than 300 people —including esports fans, local residents, and students—have visited the five participating stores in the Union Street Shopping District, which serves as the venue.
As an initiative contributing to regional revitalization, this event has been featured in the Shimotsuke Shimbun and on Tochigi TV.
