Nintendo announced during "Nintendo Direct: Nintendo Switch 2 - 2025.4.2" that "Donkey Kong Bananza" for Nintendo Switch 2 will be released on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
Pre-orders will begin sequentially from Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the My Nintendo Store, game retailers nationwide, and online shops.

The catchphrase in Japan for this title is "Break Everything in Your Path!"
As you can see in the released video, you'll be destroying everything: the ground, walls, and enemies.
You are sure to experience a level of exhilaration you've never felt before.

If you keep destroying the terrain, you can flatten the entire area like this!

If you punch everything you see, you could find unexpected shortcuts or hidden areas!

Use Broken Fragments for Action!

The video shows scenes where you can swing rocks obtained by breaking objects to destroy more, or ride on fragments like a skateboard to slide.
