SNK Corporation announced that Gato will join "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves," the new title scheduled for release on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
In conjunction with the announcement, Gato's character trailer was also released.

The latest installment, "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves," scheduled for release on Thursday, April 24, 2025, features new systems such as an original "Art Style" that stimulates the senses, a "REV System" that heightens the excitement of battles, and a "Battle System" that has undergone further evolution!
Regarding this highly anticipated new title, Gato's participation has been revealed.

Gato fights to settle things with his father.
He suffered an attack from his own father, Gao, in the previous tournament, which temporarily put him at risk of blindness, but he has now recovered to the point where he can see.
However, he realized that seeing was slowing down his movements, and he now intentionally chooses to fight in the dark.
Upon hearing about the new KOF tournament, Gato plunges into a path of fierce battle to defeat his father.
Yuma Yamaguchi voices Gato in Japanese, and Cory Yee voices him in English!
