Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is scheduled for release in early 2025.
As a brand new entry in the "Fatal Fury" series—SNK's legendary fighting game—it is attracting attention from all over the world. It is the first title in over 25 years since the previous work, "Garou: Mark of the Wolves."
Since the official announcement in March 2024, participating characters have been revealed sequentially, and playable demos have been available at various events, gradually building excitement. But what everyone wants to know is: When is the release?

The release date for "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves" is set for Thursday, April 24, 2025! Additionally, the Product Trailer has been unveiled!
The Product Trailer begins with nostalgic visuals from previous titles in the series before introducing footage of the newly revealed information.
It has been revealed that the initial roster will feature 17 characters!
Furthermore, an additional 5 characters are slated for "Season Pass 1," bringing the total number of characters to 22!
Currently, 11 characters have been revealed, including "Billy Kane" and one participant who will be introduced later. Since the initial roster will feature 17 characters, it is impressive that 6 more characters will be available at launch.
It was also announced that the game will feature the RPG Mode "EOST (EPISODES OF SOUTH TOWN)", where players can train their characters with skills and level-ups to conquer South Town, as well as the COLOR EDIT feature, which allows customization of outfit and equipment colors. These additions suggest that each player will be able to create their own unique "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves" experience.
Alongside the release date announcement, pre-orders have opened for the SPECIAL EDITION on each platform, which bundles the digital version of the main game and Season Pass 1!
The price is set at 7,920 JPY (tax included), which is a great value since it includes Season Pass 1!
