Takatsuki Yayoi of THE IDOLM@STER Becomes Osaka Takatsuki City's 'Takatsuki Tourism Ambassador

Takatsuki Yayoi, a character from THE IDOLM@STER series, became the " Takatsuki Tourism Ambassador" of Takatsuki City Tourism Association on Wednesday, January 12, 2012.
Takatsuki-shi is located in the Hokusetsu-Mishima region of Osaka Prefecture.
Located between Kyoto and Osaka, Takatsuki City is a residential area and 44% of its land area is forested, and there are many natural spots such as "Settsukyo Gorge " and " Settsukyo Park ".
In the Kofun period (tumulus period), the Imajozuka burial mound, which is thought to be the tomb of Emperor Tsugitai, was built here, and during the Edo period, the area was known as the domain of the Christian feudal lord Ukon Takayama!

Takatsuki Yayoi is a 14-year-old idol belonging to 765 Production and hails from Saitama Prefecture.

I've never been a "sightseeing ambassador" before, so I'm very excited!

Collaboration event at Yasumitsu Ruins Park!

Events to commemorate the inauguration of the " Takatsuki Tourism Ambassador " will be held in Takatsuki City starting January 20 (Thu).
A life-size panel of Takatsuki Yayoi will be set up at " Yasumitsu Ruins Park ", a park of Yayoi's remains (moat encircling settlement) in the Yayoi Era, and also at popular restaurants in the park, SUNDAY'S BAKE 569 and Camp Gear & Cafe BASE. If you order the specified menu, you will receive an original coaster or luncheon mat of Yayoi Takatsuki as a present!
