On Tuesday, April 1, 2025, Level-5 released a trailer for "Life Crossing: Fantasy Horizons" for April Fool's Day.
The Familiar (?) Tanuki Introduces the Charm
The video begins with the "NYANTENDO ORECCHI" logo.
It also includes Level-5-like elements such as housing and island creation elements with "handy robot."

The story escalates further, developing into an action RPG where you fight dragons, described as "With our special package plan, a whole world beyond the island is yours to be explored." The sheer number of elements was overwhelming, making it hard to keep up, thinking, "Isn't this a completely different game!?".
Level-5's playfulness is on full display, with a calm narration stating, "Wow, also surprisingly good at sword. He’s looking more like a hero than a debt collector." They are really pushing the boundaries here.
These videos appear to use assets from "Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time," which is scheduled to be released on Thursday, May 22, 2025, and it outstandingly showcases potential gameplay for viewers.
