The Treasure of Esperanza

A billion-dollar treasure concealed by pirates 200 years ago.
In 1816, a Spanish vessel known as the Esperanza was raided by pirates and ran ashore somewhere on the Palmyra Atoll. Its cargo, which includes Incan gold, is said to be worth a billion dollars, but no one has been able to locate its whereabouts.

Spade Tucker (Voiced by: Mugihito)

After finding a new lead on the location of the Esperanza, this New York loan shark traveled all the way to Madlantis to join the hunt. His greed knows no bounds, but he prefers to stay out of harm’s way—usually relying on his burly bodyguards to keep him safe.

Taiga Saejima (Voiced by: Rikiya Koyama)

Following the Great Dissolution, Saejima has been working tirelessly to help the yakuza who were once under the protection of the Tojo Clan and the Omi Alliance. When he catches wind that Majima was caught in a whipwreck and went missing in Hawaii, he sets out on a solo trip—determined to bring Majima back home.

Daisaku Minami (Voiced by: Hideo Ishikawa)

The self-proclaimed top underling of the former Majima Family. When he was younger, he was known for his love of karaoke and could often be seen carrying a mic and bursting into song around Kamurocho. he accompanied Majima and Nishida to Hawaii, but the three were separated after an accident at sea.

Nishida (Voiced by: Katsunori Okai)

Though he seems helpless and unreliable, Nishida has overcome many ordeals, such as defusing bombs around Kamurocho with Majima in 2006. Perhaps as a result of putting up with Majima’s antic for years, he has no qualms about rebutting Majima’s outlandish remarks.

Develop Bonds with Allies in Special Event "Drink Link"!

By interacting with your allies repeatedly in the ocean or in town, a special event called "Drink Link" will occur.
Clearing them also strengthens your abilities as a crew member.

The pirate tool "Chain Hook" can even be used while walking around town!
Firing it at hook points in town allows Majima to grapple to new locations, not only to reach places he normally couldn't, but also to obtain valuable items.

Goro Goro Kitchen

Goro Goro Kitchen allows you to create delicious dishes with ingredients obtained from exploring the town and sea.
You can enjoy various cooking methods depending on the dish you want to make, such as starting fires, knife work, and skimming scum.
Completed dishes also have effects like restoring health and heat.

Safehouses

The player's base of operations, the "Safehouses," becomes available as you progress through the main story.
You can use functions such as health recovery, changing outfits, and the item box.
Also, in certain Safehousess, you can review conversations with your allies.

Equipment Crafting

At a facility in Hawaii called "Julie's Gearworks," you can craft equipment such as ship cannons and Majima's rings using collected materials.
Since this equipment is powerful and exclusive to this facility, it's recommended to craft it as soon as you have the materials.

Goro Kingdom

"Goro Kingdom" is a breeding space that Majima and others created on a vacant lot on Rich Island.
If you protect animals that are in trouble around town, you can raise them here.

Animal Rescue

You'll often find animals in trouble around town, such as being bullied or hungry.
Helping them will help you bond with the animals, so protect them and relocate them to Rich Island.

Feeding

When you feed the relocated animals, they will give you cooking ingredients like meat and fish as a thank you.
If you take care of them multiple times and they grow attached, they may not only provide valuable materials but also become crew members of the "Goro Pirates".
