Nexon Co., Ltd. has released videos of the orchestra concert “20th Anniv. MapleStory Concert," held in December 2023, for free on YouTube.
In addition to the performance footage, videos featuring behind-the-scenes footage and attendee interviews have also been released.
Videos of the 20th Anniversary Orchestra Concert Released
MapleStory is a highly popular MMORPG serviced in regions all over the world, including Japan, Asia, North America, and Europe, with a cumulative total of 180 million registered users.
In December 2023, the orchestra concert “20th Anniv. MapleStory Concert” was held at the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Japanese service.
Music carefully selected from the vast collection of songs nurtured over 20 years of service was performed by the Grand Philharmonic Tokyo under the baton of Katsuhiro Ida, and the concert concluded as a great success.
Full-length footage capturing all 39 songs from the concert has been released for free on YouTube!
The Orchestra Performance Footage includes all 39 songs performed during Part 1, Part 2, and the encore!
The character names of everyone who participated in the performance are also listed in the ending credits.
In the Back Stage edition, there are behind-the-scenes looks from the day of the concert, as well as interviews with conductor Katsuhiro Ida, concertmaster Satoshi Morioka, and the members of the Grand Philharmonic Tokyo.
The Voices of Maplers edition includes comments from attendees.
